As a Sales Representative for Don Tipps State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. This position requires real conversations, consistent follow-up, and a genuine interest in helping people make good decisions. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Prospect and generate new business through calls, referrals, and community relationships
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Good with people — can build trust quickly and handle difficult topics with confidence
- Property & Casualty; and Life license preferred — will sponsor the right candidate
COMPENSATION:
- Expected earnings base + commission $60,000+
- End of year bonuses based on performance

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is open 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2000.
- I am a proud graduate of West Texas A&M.
- We have 40 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
